3. Damaged or Missing Items – Video Proof Required

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or something is missing, we require a complete unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Without this video, we cannot validate claims for replacements or support. This measure protects both our customers and our brand from misuse or confusion.
